How
is Plexineon used?
This versatile family of
products is used in architectural
accent lighting, cove lighting
or in signage. It can be
ordered straight, factory
bent or curved, and can
even be gently cold bent
in the field. And it is
available in three temperatures
of warm to cool white, plus
seven vibrant colors, making
it suitable for a spectrum
of interior and exterior
applications.
What makes Plexineon different?
Plexineon is created with
a newly patented structure
that is a solid plastic
waveguide with the LEDs
encapsulated inside. As
a result, it creates a bright,
even glow that is comparable
to glass neon but is extremely
durable and difficult to
break. Because Plexineon
is a low-voltage product
and runs cool to the touch,
it can be placed next to
other materials or within
customer reach without worry.
Plexineon is also inherently
energy efficient and virtually
impervious to humidity and
water, and as a result it
has few maintenance requirements.
