Lumens summary
A lumen is a unit of light flow, or luminous
flux. The lumen rating of a lamp
is a measure of the total light output of
the lamp.

Wavelengths
summary
Wavelength is a description of a physical
aspect of light. Light travels as waves
and the length of the wave (wavelength)
is perceived as color. Wavelength is inversely
proportional to frequency. Wavelength is
often measured in nanometers.
